Temporary Finance Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team in finance strategy and operations, the full-time Temporary Finance Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting in a fully remote capacity for a 4-month term starting on 8/31/2026.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members
• Manage daily activities of the finance team, including scheduling, task assignments, and mentoring
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes while producing financial reports for senior management

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and influence team effectiveness
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
