Job Summary

Supporting a focused 90-day cleanup initiative, the Temporary Finance Systems Consultant will work remotely to correct missing state tax IDs, remediate data issues, and streamline workflows across HRIS and finance applications, requiring 4+ years of hands-on experience with Rippling and multi-state payroll compliance knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, correct, and validate missing or incorrect state tax IDs across multiple states
• Audit and update state tax setup, unemployment accounts, and withholding configurations
• Reconcile and align data between Rippling and finance systems, ensuring data integrity

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Rippling, including HRIS, payroll, and multi-state compliance
• Demonstrated experience correcting state tax IDs and payroll tax configurations
• Strong understanding of multi-state payroll laws and compliance requirements
• Experience with finance applications, such as Intacct and payroll accounting tools
• Proven ability to audit and correct HRIS data integrity issues
