Job Summary

Providing personalized financial aid counseling, the full-time Temporary Financial Aid Advisor will manage student inquiries, oversee the financial aid pipeline, and support scholarship program administration in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the financial aid process from application through awarding and disbursement, ensuring timely support for students
• Generate and analyze financial aid reports, tracking application completion and funding timelines
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance processes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years' experience in student financial aid or higher education administration
• Experience with federal student loan administration and scholarship program management is preferred
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to financial aid
