Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service remotely, the part-time Temporary Financial Aid Advisor will guide students through the financial aid process, maintain accurate records, and conduct outreach to secure eligibility documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver positive and knowledgeable financial aid advising to students and staff through various communication channels
- Accurately document student interactions and maintain compliance with federal financial aid regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning activities within the department
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant customer service and/or financial aid experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience in a service-oriented call center preferred
- Strong command of the English language, both oral and written
