Temporary Fundraising Data Specialist
Job Summary
To support data accuracy and integrity, a detail-oriented part-time Temporary Fundraising Data Specialist will review, clean, and merge duplicate records in the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) database while working remotely for up to 30 hours per week over a duration of 6 months.
Key responsibilities
- Review Salesforce NPSP records to identify potential duplicate contacts, accounts, and related records
- Merge duplicate records in Salesforce following documented procedures and data standards
- Document work completed and maintain basic tracking of records reviewed and merged
Required qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large amounts of data
- Comfort working in database systems or CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience preferred
- Ability to follow written procedures and make consistent decisions
- Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets and web-based applications
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
