Temporary Global Collections Specialist
Job Summary
Covering for a parental leave, the Temporary Global Collections Specialist will work remotely on a contract basis, focusing on billing operations and ensuring timely collection of Accounts Receivable while developing cross-functional relationships within the company and with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the Accounts Receivable inbox, resolving inquiries and escalating complex issues as needed
- Create and verify customer invoices in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy against order forms and POs
- Collect outstanding receivable balances and follow up on overdue invoices through various communication methods
Required qualifications
- Fundamental accounting knowledge
- Minimum three years of accounts receivable experience
- Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce in a SaaS environment
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience working with Stripe and/or Cloud Marketplace providers is a plus
