Temporary Graphic Designer

Job Summary

To support a temporary business need, the full-time Temporary Graphic Designer will manage and fulfill a high volume of promotional material requests from Client Success Managers, primarily editing and modifying existing templates in Adobe InDesign while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and fulfill promotional material requests from Client Success Managers (CSMs) for client wellbeing programs
• Edit and modify existing templates in Adobe InDesign to produce print and digital collateral
• Communicate clearly with request submitters and maintain an organized request queue to ensure timely delivery of materials

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of design or production experience within an agency, in-house team, or related environment
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe InDesign, with experience in template-based production
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent requests
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
