Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Healthcare Contracts Attorney (Part Time) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and edit contracts related to Medicare Advantage, MSSP, ACO, and Medical Director agreements
- Handle amendments and reimbursements for various transactional Medicare agreements
- Ensure compliance with Regulatory, Antikickback, and STARK laws in the Value Based healthcare sector
Required Qualifications
- JD (Juris Doctor) degree from an accredited law school
- Active attorney license in at least one state
- Experience in healthcare law and contract review
- Knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance requirements
- Availability for 15 hours per week over 2 or 3 days
