Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Quality HEDIS Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for assigned region/membership and coordinate member wellness events
• Maintain relationships with members and providers to ensure quality care coordination
• Participate in advisory meetings and assist in scheduling appointments for members

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• One year of customer service experience required
• Preferred experience with medical records and in member/provider engagement roles
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance preferred
• No specific certification or licensure required
