Job Summary
Providing first-contact resolution for HR-related inquiries, the full-time Temporary Help Desk Agent will document, triage, and escalate employee inquiries while ensuring a high-quality employee experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities
- Document and categorize employee inquiries within the HR Help Desk system, ensuring accurate case management
- Utilize knowledge articles to resolve inquiries at first contact and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 HR specialists
- Identify trends in employee inquiries and recommend improvements to HR knowledge content and processes
Required qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Talent Administration preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in handling multiple tasks and resolving conflicts in a professional manner
- Familiarity with HR processes and knowledge management is a plus
