Job Summary

Providing first-contact resolution for HR-related inquiries, the full-time Temporary Help Desk Agent will document, triage, and escalate employee inquiries while ensuring a high-quality employee experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Document and categorize employee inquiries within the HR Help Desk system, ensuring accurate case management
  • Utilize knowledge articles to resolve inquiries at first contact and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 HR specialists
  • Identify trends in employee inquiries and recommend improvements to HR knowledge content and processes
Required qualifications
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Talent Administration preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in handling multiple tasks and resolving conflicts in a professional manner
  • Familiarity with HR processes and knowledge management is a plus
