Job Summary
To support a critical HCM transition project, the full-time Temporary HR Assistant will manage HR documents and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality while working remotely or onsite in Melbourne or Orlando for approximately three months.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and maintain data in HR systems while extracting and updating confidential employee documents
- Assist with candidate and employee inquiries related to HR matters and prepare employment records
- Provide regular reports and status updates to HR Leadership and support the HCM implementation project as needed
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated computer experience required
- Experience with HR and document management systems, such as ADP or Dayforce, is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
