Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary HR Coordinator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely data entry, record updates, and online file maintenance for employees
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and HR on operational and administrative projects
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies and maintain confidential employee data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 1-2 years of HR Operations experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HRIS, with UKG and ICIMS experience being a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage projects under pressure
- Self-motivated with a high level of confidentiality and integrity
