Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary HR Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely data entry, record updates, and online file maintenance for employees
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments and HR on operational and administrative projects
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies and maintain confidential employee data
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 1-2 years of HR Operations experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of HRIS, with UKG and ICIMS experience being a plus
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects under pressure
  • Self-motivated with a high level of confidentiality and integrity
