Job Summary

To support the Human Resources Shared Services and Operations team, a full-time Temporary HR Operations Analyst will manage data collection, organization, and analysis using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel while working remotely from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct data collection, organization, and analysis to support HR operations
  • Utilize formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools to enhance reporting
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree, OR 4 years of applicable job-specific experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in data gathering and analysis preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members
