Job Summary
To support the Human Resources Shared Services and Operations team, a full-time Temporary HR Operations Analyst will manage data collection, organization, and analysis using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel while working remotely from Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct data collection, organization, and analysis to support HR operations
- Utilize formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools to enhance reporting
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree, OR 4 years of applicable job-specific experience
- 1-3 years of experience in data gathering and analysis preferred
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members
