Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary HR Operations Specialist to provide support in Leave Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for team members navigating leave of absence
- Manage end-to-end leave processes, ensuring compliance and consistency
- Support additional HR Operations activities and contribute to process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing high-touch, case-based HR processes, preferably in leave management
- Background in HR Operations, HR Administration, or related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience with HR systems and documentation tools (HRIS experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
