Job Summary
Supporting the HR team, the temporary part-time HR Operations Specialist will manage data integrity across HR systems, provide customer service to employees, and assist with internal audits and special projects, all while working remotely for a duration of 3-6 months.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer service by responding to employee inquiries regarding various HR systems and topics
- Manage data entry and ensure data integrity across HR systems
- Support and complete internal audits while maintaining current process documentation for end-user training
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/Equivalent with 1 or more years of work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
