Job Summary
Supporting the HR team remotely for a temporary duration of 3-6 months, the Temporary HR Operations Specialist will manage data integrity across HR systems, assist with internal audits, and provide customer service to employees regarding HR topics.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely customer service by responding to employee inquiries on various HR systems and topics
- Manage data entry and ensure data integrity across HR systems
- Support internal audits and assist in maintaining process documentation for end-user training
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/Equivalent with 1+ years of work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones
