Job Summary
Providing high-level customer service remotely, the Temporary HR Services Representative will respond to HR inquiries, assist with problem resolution, and support the administration of team member life cycle processes in a full-time temporary role lasting approximately six months.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries via phone, email, and ServiceNow while maintaining confidentiality
- Assist with problem resolution, monitor case load volumes, and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members
- Process HR system updates, handle benefit-related enrollment forms, and maintain compliance with company and government regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or relevant benefits work experience preferred
- Two years of customer service and/or call center experience
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- PeopleSoft and/or HRIS experience preferred
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
