Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Shared Services Administrator 2 (Temporary).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process and coordinate new employee orientation logistics
- Provide tier 1 support for processing employee transactions in Oracle HCM Cloud and handle inquiries via the HRSC phone line
- Maintain the HRSC team Knowledge Base and support various HR-related requests and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with two years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in global customer service within a tiered support model
- Experience with HRIS systems and ticketing tools, preferably Oracle HCM Cloud and ServiceNow
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
