Job Summary

To support HR operations remotely, the full-time Temporary HR Specialist will collaborate with market leadership and stakeholders to alleviate HR transactional burdens, provide proactive support for HR processes, and assist with onboarding new hires and transfers.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness and support strategic initiatives
  • Serve as the HR operations representative, ensuring effective use of HR processes and compliance with policies
  • Research and resolve issues related to job data, new hires, compensation, and other HR initiatives
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable job-specific experience
  • Professional licensure/certification may substitute for education or experience
  • 1-2 years of HR experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work with various HR systems
