Job Summary
To support HR Shared Services, the full-time Temporary HR Specialist will administer associate data and benefits, manage recruitment and onboarding processes, and provide analytical support, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Administer associate life cycle data management transactions, including recruitment, onboarding, and terminations
- Serve as a primary resource for HR support and issue resolution, adhering to established service level agreements
- Participate in data review, auditing, and user acceptance testing of new processes and system changes
Required qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree, OR 4 years of applicable job-specific experience
- Experience in data entry is desired
- Previous HR experience is preferred
