Job Summary

Providing analytical and technical support, the full-time Temporary HR Shared Services Specialist will administer benefit programs, manage associate data, and communicate with associates to clarify policy and eligibility criteria in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer benefit programs including new hire enrollments, life event changes, and claim adjudication
  • Manage and audit associate data, ensuring eligibility and reconciling enrollments with carrier invoices
  • Compile statistics to evaluate benefits strategy effectiveness and maintain documentation for payment requests
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable job-specific experience
  • Professional licensure/certification may be accepted in lieu of education or experience
  • 2+ years of HR or benefit call center experience preferred
  • Availability for a 3-4 week training period, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm EST
