Temporary HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Temporary HRIS Analyst will maintain the integrity of the HRIS system, collaborate with HR leaders to achieve system objectives, and provide technical support while ensuring operational effectiveness and data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity and efficiency of the HRIS system
• Collaborate with HR Business leaders to define and implement system objectives
• Provide end user support for system navigation and troubleshooting issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of experience in HR technology systems
• 2+ years of experience in HR or HRIS
• Technical and analytical skills related to business processes
• Experience with Microsoft Office software and web-based applications
• Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills
