Temporary HRIS Cloud Analyst

Job Summary

Providing innovative support for the HRIS team, the temporary HRIS Cloud Analyst will work remotely full-time during daylight hours to assist with the development and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud and related HR systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Offers fundamental system and procedural knowledge in HR-related areas, recommending solutions that align with business needs
• Monitors departmental communications and resolves HR system issues while completing routine requests and escalating problems as necessary
• Assists with system improvements and maintenance, including basic configuration and documentation of key activities under management guidance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or similar field, or a High School Diploma/GED with two years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud applications in HR-related areas preferred
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel reporting functions highly desired
