Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Human Resources Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist HR Manager with tracking and resolving local and state agency registrations and filings
  • Compile a database of up-to-date credentials for accessing agency accounts
  • Work with payroll provider to ensure all necessary Power of Attorneys for payroll tax filings are in place
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an HR Coordinator or Generalist
  • Experience working with payroll related tax agencies
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with Paylocity and HR certification from SHRM or HRCI preferred
  • Must reside in the United States
