Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Human Resources Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Manager with tracking and resolving local and state agency registrations and filings
- Compile a database of up-to-date credentials for accessing agency accounts
- Work with payroll provider to ensure all necessary Power of Attorneys for payroll tax filings are in place
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an HR Coordinator or Generalist
- Experience working with payroll related tax agencies
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with Paylocity and HR certification from SHRM or HRCI preferred
- Must reside in the United States
