Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR team during a high-volume hiring period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process offer letters
  • Coordinate and track background checks and I-9 employment eligibility verifications
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and/or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of two years of related HR experience
  • Working knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and procedures
  • Experience with background checks and I-9 processing strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
