Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR team during a high-volume hiring period.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process offer letters
- Coordinate and track background checks and I-9 employment eligibility verifications
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and/or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of two years of related HR experience
- Working knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and procedures
- Experience with background checks and I-9 processing strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
