Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Human Resources Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HRIS and employee data administration, including new hire data entry and processing employee lifecycle changes
  • Support onboarding processes and prepare materials for new supervisors
  • Offer administrative and operational support, including reception coverage and coordinating meetings
Required Qualifications
  • At least one year of related HR or administrative experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with UKG and/or SAP preferred
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
