Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Human Resources Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HRIS and employee data administration, including new hire data entry and processing employee lifecycle changes
- Support onboarding processes and prepare materials for new supervisors
- Offer administrative and operational support, including reception coverage and coordinating meetings
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of related HR or administrative experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with UKG and/or SAP preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
