A company is looking for a Temporary Insurance Regulatory Compliance Counsel to support various business operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultative advice on life, health, accident, and disability laws and regulations
• Support business operations across claims, litigation, regulatory compliance, and contract management
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and management to ensure compliance with applicable regulations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in at least one state
• Experience in insurance regulatory compliance and related legal matters
• Knowledge of federal and state laws related to life, health, and disability insurance
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
