Temporary IT Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a temporary IT Support Analyst to assist with Identity and Access Management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision user access for new hires across designated systems and applications
• Modify, remove, or update access for existing employees based on approved requests
• Process and track requests through a ticketing system and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications:

• Basic IT knowledge or prior experience in an IT support or administrative role
• Familiarity with user account management or onboarding processes (preferred, not required)
• Experience working in a ticket-based system is a plus
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Exposure to IAM tools or platforms is a plus
