Temporary Japanese/English Interpreter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Interpreter Japanese/English.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consecutive/simultaneous interpretation and written translation for meetings and events
• Render messages accurately between Japanese and English while maintaining content and context
• Assist in creating and editing presentations and coordinating meetings

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a full-time simultaneous interpreter or 3+ years as a freelance interpreter
• BS in Interpretation preferred
• Proficiency in English and Japanese, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Knowledge of HVAC industry terminology is a plus
