Job Summary

To support the Learning & Development team, the temporary hourly Learning Operations Administrator will manage incoming requests, maintain operational tools, and provide administrative support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Triage and manage requests in the learning and company intranet inboxes, ensuring proper acknowledgment and tracking
  • Maintain trackers and task boards to monitor requests and assignments, ensuring organized workflow
  • Complete administrative tasks in Workday Learning, including checking completion status and assisting with assignments and reports
Required qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience in administrative, coordination, operations, or customer support roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
  • Experience with systems like Workday, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with managing high-volume inboxes and task-tracking tools
  • Experience supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS) or internal support workflows is preferred
