Job Summary

To support legal operations, the Temporary Legal Operations Analyst will manage company legal platforms, oversee contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with legal and business policies in a virtual setting from September 1st, 2026, to December 31st, 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and manage legal operations platforms to enhance efficiency and compliance
• Oversee the negotiation, approval, and execution of customer contracts
• Review and revise contract management documents for completeness and accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in legal practice, contract administration, or legal operations
• Proven ability to analyze contracts independently
• Prior experience with contract management or document management platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word
