Job Summary
Supporting various marketing initiatives, the part-time temporary Marketing Assistant will manage event coordination, website and social media content, and daily marketing operations in a hybrid work environment, approximately 15 hours per week through the end of September.
Key responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support for conferences and events, including coordination and communication with stakeholders
- Maintain and update website content and manage social media content pipelines for consistent execution across channels
- Coordinate marketing operations by maintaining the marketing calendar and ensuring timely content delivery for the BeyondMeasure blog
Required qualifications
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience using social media management platforms
- Familiarity with SEO/AEO best practices preferred
- Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred
