Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Member Services Representative - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain service standards for quality, turnaround time, and accuracy
• Provide account information and perform transactions, including loan applications and account openings
• Educate members on products and services while promoting virtual banking options

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Minimum of one year experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a call center
• Ability to maintain required scores on Call Monitoring
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Flexible to work a structured schedule including evening hours
