Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Member Services Representative - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain service standards for quality, turnaround time, and accuracy
• Provide members with account information and perform account transactions
• Educate members on loan and deposit products and promote virtual banking services

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Minimum of one year experience in the financial services industry, in a call center
• Must maintain required scores on Call Monitoring
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Flexible to work a structured schedule including evening hours
