Job Summary

Supporting member inquiries remotely, the full-time Temporary Member Services Representative will assist with account openings, loan applications, and promote self-service options while ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintains service standards for quality, accuracy, and follow-up on member inquiries and transactions
  • Educates members about loan and deposit products, promoting virtual banking services and resolving user issues
  • Participates in new product testing and provides input on workflow improvements to management
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Minimum of one year experience in the financial services industry, particularly in a call center
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work a structured schedule, including evening hours, in a distraction-free remote environment
  • Strong decision-making and time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively
