Job Summary
To support the Adult Neurology franchise, the full-time Temporary Neurology Market Insights Director will lead the development of market insights plans, drive evidence-based decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and lead end-to-end market insights plans, generating actionable recommendations based on critical business questions
- Serve as the strategic advisor for program leads, driving evidence-based decision-making for program and portfolio strategy
- Identify and manage external partners for market insights projects, ensuring quality and efficiency in delivery
Required qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Bachelor's degree required; relevant advanced degree preferred
- Experience with market research across all product lifecycle stages and key stakeholders in rare diseases
- Strong understanding of market research design and implementation
- Experience in Neurology and familiarity with U.S. and global market insights preferred
