Temporary NSA Claims Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the department's operations, the full-time Temporary NSA Claims Data Intake Specialist will review and prepare incoming client and provider submissions related to the No Surprise Act while ensuring timely and accurate processing of information.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze email and portal submissions to create cases and prepare documentation for next steps
• Perform timely data entry and outreach to obtain necessary information from providers and clients
• Conduct claim and system research to determine appropriate routing and adjustments of medical claims

Required qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment, with a focus on medical claims processing preferred
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software, particularly MS Office
• Ability to work under deadlines and maintain a service-oriented approach
• Experience in both individual and team environments
