Job Summary
Supporting employee onboarding processes, the Temporary Onboarding Assistant will work remotely from the Phoenix, AZ area, assisting with new hire setup, data entry in ADP, and communication with new employees during their onboarding journey.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with employee onboarding and new hire setup
- Accurately enter and maintain employee data in ADP
- Ensure timely completion of onboarding documentation
Required qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
- Experience with HR systems, preferably ADP
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
