Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Onboarding Coordinator (Remote - EST/CST).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume transactions for new hire onboarding, ensuring compliance with documentation
  • Process and review HR administrative documents using electronic signature software
  • Communicate with candidates and hiring teams regarding onboarding requirements and status updates
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Scheduling, Staffing, or similar high-volume activities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Systems, preferably iCIMS and UKG
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in a fast-paced environment
