Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Onboarding Coordinator (Remote - EST/CST).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume transactions for new hire onboarding, ensuring compliance with documentation
- Process and review HR administrative documents using electronic signature software
- Communicate with candidates and hiring teams regarding onboarding requirements and status updates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Scheduling, Staffing, or similar high-volume activities
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Systems, preferably iCIMS and UKG
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in a fast-paced environment
