Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Onboarding Coordinator (Remote - EST/CST).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume transactions for new hire onboarding, ensuring compliance with documentation
- Process administrative documents and utilize electronic signature software for hiring activities
- Act as a liaison between departments and communicate onboarding requirements to candidates and hiring teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Scheduling, Staffing, or related high-volume activities
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Systems, preferably iCIMS and UKG
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity while working independently
