Job Summary
Providing essential operational support, the Temporary Onsite Support Specialist will assist deployed healthcare professionals with housing, transportation, and travel coordination on an as-needed, part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with housing support, including hotel assignments and lodging documentation reconciliation
- Coordinate transportation logistics and track activity for deployed clinicians
- Provide travel-related coordination and respond to travel disruptions for clinicians
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in a fast-paced, customer support environment, preferably in travel or customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business technology tools
- Preferred college coursework or degree (AA/BA, etc.)
