Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Operations & Facilities Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational, financial, and facilities support for the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship
  • Coordinate space rental paperwork and tenant administration, including lease documentation and inspections
  • Oversee building access and maintenance requests, serving as a liaison with facilities and vendors
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in administrative, financial, or operations support roles
  • Familiarity with invoicing, receipting, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a part-time capacity
  • Comfort working with budgets, receivables, deposits, and financial tracking
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with legal, facilities, and finance offices
