Job Summary
Providing part-time operational, financial, and facilities support, the Temporary Operations Coordinator will manage daily administrative tasks, coordinate space rentals, and oversee building access while the Operations Manager position is vacant.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily receipting and reconcile payments for invoices, memberships, and program fees
- Coordinate space rental paperwork and maintain accurate records of tenant leases and occupancy status
- Oversee building access and prepare spaces for tenancy, including maintenance and repair needs
Required Qualifications
- Experience in administrative, financial, or operations support roles
- Familiarity with invoicing, receipting, and basic financial reconciliation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a part-time capacity
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work on-site one designated day per week during standard business hours
