Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years of experience in managing HR operations
• Experience in talent acquisition is required
• Proficiency in project management tools, specifically Monday.com and Workday
• Knowledge of ATS platforms, including WorkDay, GEM AI, and SparkHire
