Job Summary

To support operational efficiency, the full-time Temporary Operations Support Specialist will follow up on customer insurance policy statuses, assist agents and internal teams, and monitor internal platforms while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with insurance application status reconciliation to ensure customers are enrolled in the intended plans
  • Update customer records with new information regarding application status and account changes
  • Monitor internal enrollment platforms and perform nightly checks to ensure data accuracy
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year in a sales or client services-oriented support role
  • Proficient in Excel and capable of navigating databases and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of Medicare
  • Ability to provide coverage at night during certain times throughout the year
