Temporary Order Management Specialist

Job Summary

To support retail operations, the Temporary Order Management Specialist will manage day-to-day activities related to customer orders and relationships in a remote position, requiring adherence to an EST schedule for approximately seven months.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer orders by interfacing with retail partners and providing order updates
• Research discrepancies between customer purchase orders and ERP data, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inventory issues and ensure customer demand is met

Required qualifications

• Previous wholesale experience with major retail accounts
• Knowledge of major retailer's websites and systems
• Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Working knowledge of ERP systems is preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
