Temporary Outbound Care Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Temporary Outbound Customer Care Specialist will make outbound calls to thank and support volunteers involved in recruitment and fundraising activities while maintaining a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CT.

Key responsibilities

• Make routine outbound calls to thank donors, welcome volunteers, and assist with events
• Establish ongoing support relationships and educate volunteers on fundraising aspects
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on previous calls using various software programs

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for at least six months in customer interaction
• Ability to multitask while navigating multiple software programs and the Internet
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Availability to work Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CT
