Temporary Outreach Specialist
Job Summary
To support patient care initiatives, the temporary part-time Outreach Specialist will make 75-100 outbound calls daily to pharmacies, resolve medication-related issues, and accurately document interactions using Arine's software platform while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Engaging pharmacies by phone to deliver Arine's services on behalf of patients' health plans
- Identifying and creating follow-up tasks for escalation to a pharmacist
- Maintaining accurate records in Arine's software platform
Required qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in a high-volume call center within a healthcare environment
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology and medication names (brand and generic)
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace and comfort using collaboration tools
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including flexibility for rotating Saturday shifts
- Understanding of PHI access regulations and responsibilities
