Temporary Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

To support a highly complex payroll function, the full-time Temporary Payroll Specialist will manage payroll processing for over 4,000 employees across 220 veterinary practices remotely for a 3-month period.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day payroll functions and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now
• Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and Operations teams to integrate payroll processes seamlessly
• Resolve complex payroll issues and maintain compliance with U.S. payroll regulations and tax laws

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in payroll operations management
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll rules and regulations
• Extensive experience with payroll systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now
• Understanding of U.S. employment law and payroll tax regulations
