Job Summary

Serving as a temporary full-time People & Culture Associate, this remote position will provide administrative support to the People & Culture teams, act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, and assist with various HR projects and processes through November 2026.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee support, answering inquiries related to the People & Culture Department
  • Provide general program and project support, including employment verifications and coordination of the orientation program
  • Process employee record changes and maintain accurate data records in collaboration with Payroll
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • Two years of experience in Human Resources or a similar field
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations
